National Reforms

The NSW Government is helping to drive national regulatory reforms through the Council of Australian Governments (COAG).

The COAG Business Regulation and Competition Working Group (BRCWG) has developed an extensive and broad ranging reform agenda which includes 27 deregulation priorities, 8 competition reforms and enhancement of regulation making and review processes.
